Created a unique design to house a complex environment

Brief

Create a website that is able to take the user through the journey of experiencing a holiday at the TAJ properties and at the same time be helpful to the user and give focus to lead generation.

Strategy & Results

First we created personas and user journeys for each type of individual that would visit the different properties. Through this process we were able to determine the users needed an emotional connect to the website to book a holiday, which could be provided by vibrant imagery and rich media content showcased at a grand scale.

The lead generation was not traditional and did not happen via forms but through a personal touch. This meant the integration of live chat with a sophisticated AI to answer questions in the backend. The experience was carried over to all devices with the use of a responsive design, a novel idea at the time.
